Cain Genealogy Plus

I was born in Ottawa on January 19, 1954 as Wilma Lee Kiersteed(?).  I was adopted and my name changed to Darlene Jane Dool.  Recently I have found a sister and my birth  other. I believe her mother was Mary Ida Latour, whose parents were Alfred Latour and Elizabeth Cain (making John and Mary her parents-if I follow the connection right) .  I just happened onto this site while I was trying to find information about St. Leonard's Church on Nipissing First Nation outside of North Bay. 

I am interested in finding information about my birth family as is my sister.
